These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EIX website at eixfit.com, the EIX mobile application (“App”), and all related services, facilities, and content (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
By creating an EIX account, purchasing a membership, booking a class, or otherwise accessing our Services, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you are accessing our Services on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.
EIX grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use our Services solely for lawful, personal fitness and wellness purposes. You agree that you will not:

Membership at EIX is subject to a separate Membership Agreement that you will be required to sign at the time of enrolment. The following general conditions apply to all members:
EIX is a premium health and wellness facility. Certain programs, including our on-facility blood work and diagnostics service, are designed to support your wellness journey with precision and science-backed insights. Please note:
Physical fitness activities carry inherent risks, including the possibility of injury, illness, or death. By participating in any EIX class, program, or using any facility or equipment, you voluntarily assume all such risks. You agree that EIX, its employees, coaches, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law.
You confirm that you are in adequate health to participate in physical activities and have disclosed any known medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications to EIX at the time of enrolment.
All content on the EIX website and App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, class programming, workout formats, videos, and software — is the exclusive property of EIX or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted no right, title, or interest in any such content beyond the limited use licence described in Section 2.
The EIX name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of EIX. Any unauthorised use of EIX trademarks is strictly prohibited.
When you create an EIX account, you agree to:
EIX reserves the right to disable any account at its sole discretion if it believes the account is being misused or has been compromised.
All membership fees, class bookings, and additional service charges are payable in advance. Fees are processed securely via our integrated payment gateway and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your Membership Agreement or required by applicable Indian consumer protection law. EIX reserves the right to revise pricing at any time with reasonable prior notice to members.
In the event of facility closure or cancellation of a session by EIX, affected members will receive a credit or rescheduling option at EIX’s discretion.
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms including payment processors, diagnostic laboratory partners, wearable device applications, and social media platforms. EIX does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. EIX does not warrant that the Site or App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EIX disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, EIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or personal injury — arising from your use of our Services, participation in any class or program, or reliance on any content or diagnostic information provided through EIX. EIX’s total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EIX, its founders, employees, coaches, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

EIX reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force. These Terms, together with the EIX Privacy Policy and your Membership Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and EIX with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
